The myth that eggs are bad for you because of the cholesterol

Though eggs have been vilified lately by some researchers they are so nutritious that they’re often referred to as “nature’s multivitamin.”

It is a myth that eggs are bad for you because of the cholesterol. Serious recent studies show that consuming eggs have no effect on blood cholesterol in the majority of people.

A  wide study that included over 200,000 individuals found that egg consumption had no association with heart disease whatsoever.

Some nutritionists say that telling people to throw away the yolk is among the worst pieces of advice in the history of nutrition. Nevertheless, you should consume eggs in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
